Merrifield, VA, May 2012 – Creativo Inc., a Washington D.C., based creative web-development company, partnered with Blue Robin Designs as founding sponsors of the Dustin Bauer Memorial Fund website, through an in-kind donation of hosting, development and design.
Dustin Bauer was a student at Mount Saint Mary’s University, set to graduate in May 2008, when he passed away on March 12th 2008, from a fall he suffered in an apartment complex earlier that week. The Dustin Bauer Memorial Fund is a non-profit organization created in Dustin’s honor.
The Dustin Bauer Memorial Fund set out to create a website that would house their agenda of memorializing Dustin, while continuing to build his name through charitable donations to various institutions that Dustin was apart of. Creativo was bought on board to bring this vision to life.

Creativo’s web development team contrived a welcoming portal for family, friends and visitors to learn Dustin’s story and donate to the cause; via blog-like news feeds, up-close photography layouts and easy to navigate pages.

About The Dustin Bauer Memorial Fund:
Since 2008, the Dustin Bauer Memorial Fund has provided monetary donations for scholarship contributions of educational and athletic purposes to students at Calvert Hall College High School (Towson, MD) and Mount Saint Mary’s University (Emmitsburg, MD). A large portion of the money raised will go to the Dustin Bauer Memorial Grant, which is part of the Tuition Assistance program at Calvert Hall. The Calvert Hall Development Office is then able to offer support to these students to help aid in the continuance of their higher education.
